January 2024 California bay area

The grandson of the owner was tasked with preparing the property for sale. There was a 800 sq ft machine shop and print shop in the back yard behind the house. We helped the family sell the machines and printing equipment and we took care of the rest of the space and prepared for demolition. As the house was prepared for sale, we managed the emptying of the space.

May 2024 california bay area

This was a 600 sq ft loft and garage full of electronic test equipment and components. The property was extremely valuable and the family was cleaning out their fathers 50-year collection of personal treasures. We cleaned out the space in 2 days.

This was a 2 car garage full of trains and railroad memorabilia. The owner was going into assisted living. We did an outright purchase of the contents and cleared out the garage for the owners. The property was of high value and was going to be put on the market shortly after we cleared out the space to help with living expenses for the owner.

This was a basement full of trains and railroad memorabilia that had been sitting untouched for 30 years. We did an outright purchase of the contents and cleared out the basement for the owners. The property was of high value and was going to be put on the market shortly after we cleared out the space.

Current projects

We are currently working with several families where they are either going through a family member's house and they drop off things for us to sell and we share the monies from the sale of their items through our eBay store. We are also working with one person where is family does not want to have to deal with the disposition of his assets when he passes, so he realized he needs to do something about it now. It this case, we are also sharing in the monies from the sale of goods through our eBay store.
